A civilized society strives to more and more automatically cover more and more of our needs.
Technology enables this at a faster and faster rate and makes the realization of this dream inevitable. :-)

A society should have few and simple laws, like nature.

The police, army, courts, prisons and healtcaresystem should be one organization, like the immunedefence in the body.

No matter how much energy we spend getting to geo-thermal energy it´ll be worth it - we could also use longfibered plant-materials to clean up the drillingattempts.
If there was´nt more energy inside the earth than on the surface of it earth would be cold, dead and lifeless a long time ago.

Make an open internetbased discussionforum to allways discuss new and critisize old laws.

Have experienced economists calculate a transition to a society getting it´s recources only from a 50% tax on any addicting activity. (except food, dance and sex, but including religion) Then the tax-income also become a measure of it´s citicens physical and mental wellbeing a task the society as a whole will gain tremendously from solving.
